1. Portal Access & Accounts

Who can register for an account on allink.ca?

All INK is primarily a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform serving commercial businesses, corporate offices, print shops, resellers, and other organizations that purchase printing supplies for business use.

Registration applications are reviewed to verify eligibility before wholesale pricing and purchasing privileges are activated.

Can individual retail customers purchase at wholesale prices?

Individual customers may be considered for approval on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility is subject to our initial order threshold and an anticipated annual purchasing volume exceeding C$5,000.

All registrations are manually reviewed. Our target processing time is within 24 hours, subject to receiving complete application information.

Why must I register to see wholesale prices?

All INK is designed to provide approved business customers with access to wholesale pricing, volume-based purchasing opportunities, and a dedicated ordering portal. Registration allows us to verify business eligibility and provide pricing appropriate to our B2B distribution model.

2. Products, Orders & Warranty

What brands and products do you offer?

All INK distributes printing supplies under PRINTOXE, our proprietary product brand. Our product range includes compatible inkjet cartridges, laser toner cartridges and kits, and 3D printing filament.

Our compatible cartridges are designed for use with specified printer models and offer a cost-effective alternative to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplies. Product compatibility, estimated page yield, and other specifications vary by model and are provided in the applicable product listing.

Are PRINTOXE cartridges manufactured to OEM specifications?

PRINTOXE compatible cartridges are developed for the printer models identified in their product descriptions. Performance characteristics, including page yield, print quality, and cartridge recognition, may vary by printer model and operating conditions.

We recommend reviewing the product specifications and compatibility information before ordering. Performance claims and stated yields should be interpreted according to the applicable product specifications and testing conditions.

Do PRINTOXE products include a warranty?

Yes. PRINTOXE products are covered by the applicable product warranty offered by Pan Continent Inc. Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies are subject to the terms of the applicable warranty.

Please contact our support team if you experience a product defect or performance issue. We may request the order number, product details, printer model, and samples or photographs of the issue to assist with the assessment.

What happens if an item is listed at an incorrect price?

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate product information and pricing. If a listing contains a material pricing or typographical error, Pan Continent Inc. reserves the right to cancel or decline the affected order, subject to applicable law and our terms of sale.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded to the original payment method, as applicable.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and, where available and approved, electronic funds transfers (EFT) and bank wire transfers. Available payment methods may depend on your account status and checkout options.

How do Net 30 payment terms work?

Approved business customers may qualify for Net 30 credit terms. Under these terms, payment is due 30 days from the applicable invoice date, unless the invoice or written credit agreement specifies otherwise.

Approved Net 30 invoices must be paid by EFT or bank transfer according to the payment instructions provided on the invoice.

Net 30 terms are subject to credit approval, account limits, and ongoing account status. They are not automatically available to every registered customer.

Are there penalties for late invoice payments?

Our proposed commercial credit policy provides a 21-day grace period following the invoice due date. If an eligible invoice remains unpaid after this grace period, interest at 12% per annum may apply to the overdue balance, calculated daily, in accordance with the applicable credit agreement and law.

For clarity, the grace period does not change the original invoice due date. Customers should refer to their credit agreement and invoice for the applicable terms.

Can I request an invoice for my business records?

Yes. Order and invoice documentation is provided for business recordkeeping. Please ensure that your company name and billing information are accurate when registering and placing an order.

4. Shipping & Logistics

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are dispatched from our commercial facility in Strathroy, Ontario, Canada, subject to inventory availability and order processing requirements.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Our target is to dispatch eligible, in-stock orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days on the same day.

Orders requiring additional verification, payment clearance, inventory checks, or special handling may take longer. Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.

What are your Canadian shipping rates and delivery times?

Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility depend on the order value, destination, and applicable shipping zone. Available rates and any minimum purchase requirements are displayed at checkout or communicated through the applicable wholesale pricing terms.

Estimated transit times generally range from 1 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Who is responsible if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit?

Please contact us promptly if your shipment arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost.

Pan Continent Inc. will coordinate with the carrier and assess the issue in accordance with the applicable shipping terms and law. Please retain the shipping carton, packaging materials, and damaged products, and provide photographs when requested.

5. Returns & Restocking

Can I return an order placed in error?

Eligible buyer-error returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact us for authorization before returning any merchandise.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 72 hours of return authorization, unless otherwise agreed. Products must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging and resalable condition.

Eligible buyer-error returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs paid by the buyer.

Are all products eligible for return?

No. Returns are subject to approval and the applicable return policy. Products that have been installed, opened, used, damaged, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a buyer-error return.

These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies that may apply to defective, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented products under the applicable law or written warranty.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a defective cartridge?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the product SKU, a description of the problem, and supporting photographs where appropriate. Do not discard the product or packaging until we advise you how to proceed.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate next steps under the applicable warranty and order terms.

6. Printer Ink & Laser Toner Cartridges

Will using a PRINTOXE compatible cartridge automatically void my printer warranty?

Using a compatible cartridge does not, by itself, automatically invalidate a printer warranty under Canadian law. However, coverage for a particular repair may depend on the warranty terms, the cause of the damage, and the applicable law.

If a printer malfunction is attributed to a cartridge or its use, the manufacturer may dispute coverage for the affected repair. The use of a compatible cartridge should not be confused with a guarantee that every warranty claim will be accepted.

What should I do if my printer displays an “Incompatible Cartridge” or “Cartridge Not Recognized” error?

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the installation. Confirm that the cartridge matches your printer model and is seated correctly.

  2. Remove protective materials. Ensure that all applicable protective seals, tapes, and pull tabs have been removed.

  3. Inspect the contacts. If the cartridge has exposed electrical contacts, inspect them for contamination. Clean only as permitted by the cartridge or printer instructions, using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth where appropriate. Avoid touching the imaging drum or other sensitive components.

  4. Reinstall the cartridge. Insert it firmly according to the printer’s installation instructions.

  5. Restart the printer. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended restart procedure.

  6. Check the printer display and instructions. Some models require additional prompts or cartridge-recognition procedures.

If the error persists, contact our support team with your printer model, cartridge SKU, and the exact error message. A firmware update or cartridge-chip issue may be relevant for certain models, but the correct solution depends on the specific printer.

How long can ink and toner cartridges be stored?

Shelf life varies by cartridge type, formulation, packaging, and storage conditions. Inkjet cartridges contain liquid ink that can deteriorate or dry out over time, whereas laser toner cartridges contain dry toner powder and generally have different storage characteristics.

For best results:

  • Keep cartridges in their original protective packaging until installation.

  • Store them in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and excessive temperature fluctuations.

  • Follow any storage instructions or date information supplied with the product.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme humidity or heat.

Do not assume that every ink and toner cartridge has the same two-year shelf life. Please refer to the relevant PRINTOXE product guidance when available.

Should I shake a laser toner cartridge before installation?

Follow the instructions supplied with the specific cartridge. Some toner cartridges may benefit from gentle, even distribution of toner before installation, while others should be handled differently.

If shaking is recommended, keep the cartridge level and move it gently from side to side. Do not shake aggressively, open the cartridge housing, or touch the imaging drum. Excessive handling can cause toner leakage or damage sensitive components.

How does PRINTOXE print quality compare with OEM cartridges?

PRINTOXE compatible cartridges are designed to provide reliable everyday printing for business documents, including text, reports, invoices, and general office materials.

Actual results depend on the printer model, paper type, print settings, cartridge condition, and document content. Page yield is also affected by printing coverage and usage patterns.

For context, industry-standard toner yield measurements commonly use approximately 5% page coverage on specified paper under defined test conditions. Actual business documents, particularly graphics-heavy pages, can consume substantially more toner than this reference level.

We recommend comparing compatible and OEM products using the same printer model, paper, print settings, and representative documents.

7. 3D Printing Filaments

Why does my PLA filament snap or make popping and crackling noises during printing?

These symptoms can indicate moisture absorption. PLA can absorb moisture from the surrounding air, and moisture in the hot extrusion zone can contribute to popping sounds, bubbles, inconsistent extrusion, stringing, and poor surface finish.

However, these symptoms may also have other causes, including damaged filament, incorrect print settings, or extruder-feed problems.

If moisture is suspected, dry the filament according to the manufacturer’s instructions before printing again.

How should I dry PRINTOXE PLA filament?

Use a purpose-built filament dryer with accurate temperature control whenever possible. A published industry example from 3DXTECH recommends 45°C for 4 hours for its standard PLA products; other filament manufacturers specify different settings. This is a reference example, not a verified drying specification for every PRINTOXE spool.

Before drying:

  • Check the product-specific drying instructions.

  • Confirm that the dryer is suitable for PLA and the spool material.

  • Avoid excessive heat, which can soften the filament or deform the spool.

  • Do not use a kitchen oven unless its temperature control and suitability for this purpose have been verified.

If no PRINTOXE-specific drying specification is available, contact us for guidance rather than assuming that a setting for another manufacturer’s PLA is universally suitable.

How should I store an opened filament spool?

After opening, protect filament from moisture by storing it in a sealed bag or airtight container with a suitable desiccant, such as silica gel.

For improved storage management:

  • Seal the filament promptly after use.

  • Keep the spool away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Use a dry box or filament storage system for frequently used materials.

  • Replace or regenerate desiccant according to its instructions.

  • Use a humidity indicator or hygrometer where practical to monitor storage conditions.

A low-humidity environment helps reduce moisture exposure, but the ideal target depends on the filament material and the storage system. A relative humidity of 20% or lower is a useful operational target for dry storage where achievable, rather than a universal requirement for every filament.

Does every 3D printing filament require drying?

No. Drying requirements vary by polymer, formulation, manufacturer, and exposure to humidity. PLA, PETG, TPU, nylon, and other materials can have substantially different moisture sensitivity and drying requirements.

Always consult the technical guidance for the specific filament before applying a drying temperature or duration.
